  • To ensure accurate and on-time delivery, we require the following information about the recipient:

  • Recipient's first and last name.

  • Recipient's full and accurate address.

  • Recipient's full and correct contact number.

 

2. Buyer's Email Address:

  • For account registration purposes and to keep you informed about your order, we request the buyer's email address.

  • Please ensure that the email address provided is correct and active before completing your purchase. This email address will be used to send order details and delivery updates.

 

3. Address Verification:

  • We kindly request that buyers double-check the accuracy of the delivery address during the checkout process.

  • In the event of an error in the address entered, please contact us as soon as possible to request a change.

  • We accept address changes up to 1 day before the appointed delivery date.

 

4. Address Changes on Delivery Day:

  • If changes to the delivery address are requested on the scheduled delivery day, we will make every effort to accommodate the request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the change due to our reliance on our logistics partner for deliveries.

  • While we strive to fulfill all requests, unforeseen logistical constraints may affect our ability to modify the delivery address on the same day.

 

5. Delivery Arrangements:

  • All deliveries will be arranged by Yen Natural Bird Nest in collaboration with our trusted delivery partners.

  • Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the appointed delivery date.

  • While we strive to adhere to these timeframes, please understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic conditions or logistical challenges, may occasionally affect delivery times.

  • Please note that we cannot arrange deliveries to arrive at, by, or after a specific time. While we strive to schedule deliveries within our specified timeframe (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) on the appointed delivery date, it's important to understand that we do not offer precise delivery time slots.

 

6. Delivery Partner Disclaimer:

  • It's important to note that our delivery partners operate independently and do not represent Yen Natural Bird Nest in any capacity other than fulfilling deliveries.

7. Responsibility for Delays and Early Arrivals:

  • Yen Natural Bird Nest makes every effort to arrange for the timely delivery of your orders. However, we acknowledge that unexpected circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, or logistical complexities, can impact delivery times.

  • We want to clarify that Yen Natural Bird Nest does not accept responsibility for any delays or early arrivals that are beyond our control.

 

8. Unsuccessful Attempt of Delivery:

  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to reasons such as unavailability of the recipient or an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will try our best to rearrange a second delivery attempt, subject to availability.

  • Please note that a re-delivery fee of RM20 will be charged for the second delivery attempt to the same delivery location.

 

9. Freshness Assurance:

  • Our fresh-boiled bird's nest products contain no preservatives and are carefully prepared to maintain their quality and freshness.

  • If the bird's nest becomes compromised or spoils due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we regret to inform you that no refund requests will be accepted. We encourage customers to provide accurate delivery information and be available during the specified delivery timeframe to ensure the freshness of our products.
